On the 12th of November 2024, nine Axewoods members spent the day working at a woodland site near Branscombe. The work involved the extraction of the wood that had been cut and stacked last season, and it’s cutting to size and splitting.
Once that had been completed, felling and processing began anew for this season. Not only was a significant amount of wood processed, but the site, being an ex-hotel, even provided picnic tables for lunch!
